Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you type: your name, phone, email, details about your vehicle, boat or aircraft, and your notes. When you book or pay, Square collects your booking and payment details. This website itself stores no customer information.

Who processes it

Quote requests are handled by HubSpot, our customer records system. Bookings, contracts, invoices and payments are handled by Square. Card details go to Square and are never seen or stored by Intricate Detailing. These services use cookies to run their forms and booking window and to tell us how the site is used.

How we use it

To reply to you, book and do your work, send your proposal, invoice and Intricate Report, and follow up on care and maintenance. We don't sell your information.

Photos

We publish photos of your vehicle, boat or aircraft only with your written OK. Plates, hull numbers and tail numbers are blurred unless you ask us to show them. Military IDs are checked by sight and never photographed, scanned or copied.
